How NASA can get back its status of pioneer agency facing rapidly emerging of private space agencies?

Diploma project — Space pollution is a problem as dramatic as global warming. Besides being a danger right now, space pollution put in jeopardy the spatial conquest and the dream of colonising new planets. My idea was to use NASA’s 60th anniversary to do a full rebranding as well as a campaign to raise people's awareness of space pollution. All my initiatives was aimed to make NASA more approachable and modern in order to get back its status of pioneer agency.
